Praise be to God!

My Dr. Let me know last week, the day after my scan, that it appears that the targeted therapy I've been on for 4 cycles now is working! The cancer is stable and even a teensy better (smaller) in a few places. This may seem like a small thing, but in metastatic disease, the goal is to keep ahead of it and/or get a handle on it. I am SO thankful. We are rejoicing in the place we are in! We are realistic and know this can change in a few months, but it does not cast a cloudy sky on this rainbow of a promise. The promise that Jesus will never leave or forsake me...any of us. Circumstances change, but He does not. My heart is so full! I'll be driving along and get a giddy feeling, remembering that I have good news...no new growth! Thank you Jesus.

In other news, we are moving a mile down the way...even closer to church, school, the store...in just. one.week. Yikes!! Packing for a half dozen people is rough, but I'm using this time to purge and organize. Can't wait to be moved in and settled!
But, packing isn't the only thing we have been doing the past few weeks...
